Northeast Health Services moves to Cummings’ Dunham Ridge campus

Beverly, MA Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, has expanded. The regional mental health provider opened a custom-built 8,700 s/f clinic last month at Cummings Properties’ Dunham Ridge campus.

Northeast Health Services currently operates more than 30 locations throughout the Commonwealth, including practices at two other Cummings sites: Tower Office Park, in Woburn, and North Rd., in Sudbury. With the addition of the new clinic, its footprint within Cummings Properties’ healthcare portfolio totals a combined 23,000 s/f.

“The new location is a great fit for a treatment provider like Northeast Health Services,” said Cummings vice president-Beverly Division Stephanie Aitchison. “At Dunham Ridge, its patients will enjoy both easy highway access and a peaceful setting surrounded by green space and conservation land.”

Cummings Properties leasing officer Jake Heger worked with Grey Gettleman, senior associate at Cushman & Wakefield, on the lease at Dunham Ridge. The deal included a custom buildout, completed by Cummings’ in-house design/build professionals in coordination with Northeast Health Services’ project manager, Adam Dyson of Redgate.

“We’re so pleased that Grey came to us when Northeast Health Services was looking for another location,” said Aitchison. “Having solid ties in the brokerage community and in-house construction expertise allows us to get clients up and running in a quality new space very quickly.”

Northeast Health Services’ new neighbors at Dunham Ridge include Tobias & Battite Hearing Wellness, OI Infusion, Microline Surgical, Michael Golden MD Personalized Medicine, and New England Biolabs.
