Northeast Private Client Group closes six-building 27-unit portfolio for $8.4 million

Chelsea, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has announced the sale of 31-47 Louis St., a six-building portfolio.

Senior associate Drew Kirkland, Francis Saenz, and Jim Casey represented the seller and procured the buyer.

This portfolio consists of six buildings on three adjacent parcels a total of 27 residential units. There are 23 off-street parking spaces for tenants in the rear of the buildings along with 16 coin-op washers and dryers. All units have separate utilities, 27 gas meters for heat, and hot water, and 38 electric meters, 8 of which are public.

“Congratulations to our seller and thank you for trusting us in another Chelsea transaction and congratulations to our buyer on an excellent purchase in a high desirable market,” said Kirkland.
