Northeast Private Client Group facilitates two sales totaling $10.1 million

 

 

Norwalk, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has facilitated the sale of Skyview Gardens, located at 21 Seir Hill Rd. for $4.8 million.

Vice president, investments Rich Edwards, Jeff Wright and associate Derek Mahabir represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

Located at 21 Seir Hill Rd., Skyview Gardens is a boutique luxury condominium building consisting of twelve units constructed in 2005. Atop a hillside, the building features two-bedroom/ two-bathroom layouts with open floor plans and designs. Units feature hardwood flooring throughout, private balconies, gas fireplaces, standup shower + jacuzzi bathtubs, central AC + forced air heat, and in-unit laundry. Additionally, the property offers its residents private storage lockers, optional garage parking, off-street surface parking spaces, elevator, an entry intercom system, and package room.

NPCG has also facilitated the  $5.3 million sale of a 44-unit apartment building in Bridgeport, CT.

The Presidential Apartments at 55 Jackson Ave., consist of 44 total units. The property consists of a unit mix of two studio units, forty-one one-bed units, and one two-bed unit. Presidential Apartments is just over 26,000 s/f of gross living area on 0.77 acres, in the Brooklawn/St. Vincent neighborhood. The property was constructed in 1970 and has been managed by the same owner for 18 years.
