Norwalk, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has facilitated the sale of Skyview Gardens, located at 21 Seir Hill Rd. for $4.8 million.

Vice president, investments Rich Edwards, Jeff Wright and associate Derek Mahabir represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

Presidential Apartments is just over 26,000 s/f of gross living area on 0.77 acres, in the Brooklawn/St. Vincent neighborhood. The property was constructed in 1970 and has been managed by the same owner for 18 years.
