Northeast Private Client Group finalizes $6.7 million sale of 40 Ames Ave.

Canton, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has finalized the $6.7 million sale of 40 Ames Ave. Senior associate Jim Casey represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction. 

40 Ames Ave. is an 18-unit multifamily property. The property offers the buyer a well-positioned residential asset in one of Greater Boston’s most desirable suburban markets, with strong rental demand and convenient access to Boston via Rte. 128 and the MBTA commuter rail.
