Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal handles two sales totaling $2.64 million

104 Hay Street - West Warwick, RI

West Warwick, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal has completed the sale of 104 Hay St. for $1.65 million to A&B Realty Holdings, LLC. The property consists of a 34,105 s/f industrial building with office space on 1.798 acres of land. It includes cold storage, nine dock height loading doors, and 20-foot ceilings. Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the seller, Hay Street Properties, LLC, in this transaction and Jack Silberman of Blue Star Properties represented the buyer.

310 Reservoir Avenue - Providence, MA

Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal also completed the sale of 310 Reservoir Ave. in Providence, for $990,000. The property consists of a 6,720 s/f building that includes private offices, a reception area, and a conference room. It is situated on 24,250 s/f of land. Jay Kern of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the seller, Point S Corporation, in the transaction.
