Northeast Private Client Group handles $2.4 million sale of Iron Fence Inn

Bridgewater, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has completed the $2.4 million sale of Iron Fence Inn. Senior associate Jim Casey and vice president, investments Francis Saenz represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

The Iron Fence Inn is a 31-unit property located at 46 Main St. The property contains a one-bedroom apartment and 30 single room occupancy units and a common area with a kitchen and bathrooms. 

This opportunity offers the buyer a well-positioned multifamily asset in southeastern Massachusetts, with convenient access to the greater Boston and Providence markets via Rte. 24 and the MBTA commuter rail.
