Higgins of The Market brokers 1,001 s/f lease for Pinnacle Mortgage Corp.

Charlestown, MA Pinnacle Mortgage Corp., a New Hampshire-based residential mortgage lending company licensed across 27 states, has expanded its footprint with a new office location at 193-201 Main St. The commercial lease transaction was brokered by Lindsay Higgins, broker/owner of The Market, a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in residential sales, commercial leasing, and property management throughout Greater Boston.

Located in one of the city’s most recognizable commercial corridors, the new office space includes 1,001 s/f on the second floor of The Cooperative Bank building. The location will support Pinnacle Mortgage Corp.’s growing mortgage operations, client services, and continued expansion throughout Massachusetts.

“Charlestown continues to attract established businesses looking for a neighborhood that offers both historic charm and strong community connection,” said Higgins.

“Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. is exactly the type of business that strengthens Main St. – bringing valuable services directly into the community while contributing to the continued growth of Charlestown’s commercial district.”
