Northeast Private Client Group sells 59-unit Oak and Main Portfolio

Manchester, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has closed the sale of Oak and Main Portfolio, a 59-unit apartment complex.

Senior vice, investments Brad Balletto represented the seller and procured the buyer for the multifamily transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.

Oak & Main Portfolio is located at 208 Main St. This townhouse-style property building size is 66,533 s/f, and heat and hot water are included in the rent. The property is located two minutes from Manchester Memorial Hospital, eight minutes from Wickham Park, and 26 minutes from Bradley National Airport.

Balletto mainly focuses his sales in Connecticut but has closed deals in Kentucky, Arizona, North Carolina, and other states nationwide.

“Oak and Main Portfolio was a seamless transaction executed under a very tight timeline. It would not have been possible without the seller and their team being so solid and responsive and the buyer being a constant professional, and the transaction was a win-win all around,” said Balletto.
