According to Northland Investment Corp. Spiritus Wines, LLC has signed a 10-year 1,945 s/f lease at Hartford 21. A high end wine store, Spiritus will be located adjacent to the grocery store at Hartford 21, currently under construction.
The transaction was brokered by Sullivan Hayes' Tim McNamara and Kevin Daly. The space has a 30 foot storefront and will offer patrons both street parking and garage parking at the Hartford 21 garage.
Gary Dunn, owner of Spiritus said, "We are pleased to participate in the revitalization of downtown Hartford by moving to Hartford 21."
Lawrence Gottesdiener, chairman of Northland board said, "This will be a great new amenity for downtown residents and office workers."
