Northland Investment Corp. hires Kinsley as VP and general counsel

Northland Investment Corporation, a leading privately held real estate investment and development company, welcomes Beth Kinsley as vice president and assistant general counsel. Kinsley will have responsibility for all legal aspects of the firm's real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and developments. Previously, Kinsley held the position of senior counsel in the Real Estate Department of Goodwin Procter LLP. At Goodwin, Kinsley represented a variety of real estate operators in connection with acquisitions and dispositions. She also represented institutional lenders, investors and borrowers in connection with construction, permanent and mezzanine loan and equity joint venture transactions. Prior to joining Goodwin, Kinsley was an associate at Mintz Levin and Palmer & Dodge. Kinsley received her J.D., cum laude, from The Dickinson School of Law in 1996 and her B.A., cum laude, from Colby College in 1993. Kinsley is admitted to practice in Mass. and Penn. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Real Estate Finance Association.
