Northland Investment earns four Nutmeg Awards from the Connecticut Apartment Association

Northland Investment Corporation was recognized by the Connecticut Apartment Association at the annual Nutmeg Awards ceremony. Northland was named Management Company of the Year, Hartford 21 won for Excellence in Multifamily Housing, High-Rise, Bigelow Commons (Enfield) won the Mid-Rise category, and The Pavilions (Manchester) won the Garden Style/Townhouse Pre-2000 category. Given annually by the Conn. Apartment Association (CTAA), the state chapter of the National Apartment Association, the Nutmeg Awards recognize excellence in the multifamily housing industry and honor the state's top apartment communities and professionals. This year's awards mark the second time that Northland was recognized as Management Company of the Year, the second year in a row that Hartford 21 won High-Rise Property of the Year, and the fourth time that Bigelow Commons has been recognized as Mid-Rise Property of the Year.
