NorthMarq hires Demadis as vice president, associate producer in Boston

Ryan Demadis has joined NorthMarq as vice president, associate producer. Before joining NorthMarq, Demadis served as associate broker for RM Bradley, where he specialized in office leasing and investment sales. Demadis is the co-founder/director of fundraising for the RiseUp Leadership Development Program, a non-profit providing financial support and mentoring for inner city youth. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business, earning a bachelor of science in real estate and urban economics with a finance concentration. NorthMarq, one of the largest privately held commercial real estate financial intermediaries in the U.S., provides mortgage banking and commercial loan servicing in 33 offices coast to coast. With an average of $9.5 billion in annual production volume and servicing a loan portfolio of over $41 billion, the company offers expertise to borrowers of all size.
