Cambridge, MA Northstar Project & Real Estate Services has completed the promotions of Nicholas Dunn, Chris Guilmet, Jim Hogan, and Andy Touchette. 

Dunn has been promoted to project manager. He has over four years of project management experience and has assisted project teams throughout different phases of the project life cycle including planning, construction administration, closeout, and program management. He supports clients and projects in various industry sectors including corporate, residential, multifamily housing, and commercial real estate. His portfolio includes projects ranging up to $220 million. Notable projects Dunn manages include a major financial services firm in downtown supporting the development, design, and construction of 65,000 s/f of corporate tenant improvement space and a Cambridge-based university in the development and construction of two ground-up graduate dormitory buildings totaling 328,050 s/f to be operated by American Campus Communities (ACC). 

Guilmet has been promoted to senior project manager. He has three years of design and seven years of construction experience working on various projects in the pharmaceutical and life science sectors. He has had experience managing projects from design to construction administration and closeout. Most notably, Guilmet has spent several years overseeing MEP installation and startup on Sanofi’s new 500,000 s/f research and development facility at its North American headquarters in Cambridge. The project realigns over 50 departments into one research facility, including tissue culture, robotics, chemistry, BSL2+ areas, and vivarium space. Recently, Guilmet has been working on the Sanofi account, overseeing lab and mechanical system upgrades on both the Waltham and Framingham campuses. 

Hogan has been promoted to associate vice president. He has over 13 years of experience in the commercial building design and construction industry. His experience includes project management, construction administration, and structural engineering on office, laboratory, residential, and ground-up construction projects. Hogan has completed a 17-story ground-up mixed-use office tower in Kendall Sq., a renovation of the MBTA Kendall Sq./MIT MBTA Headhouse, provided equity advisory services for ground-up residential developments on the East Coast, and is working on a three-story ground-up lab project in Somerville, and a multi-tower air rights project in Boston.

Touchette has been promoted to vice president. He has over 13 years of senior level project management and engineering experience supporting institutional, office, and residential clients on capital, tenant improvement, and development projects. His expertise spans all phases of the development process, including planning, permitting, design, construction administration, and closeout. Touchette’s recent portfolio includes a tenant fit-out for new offices at a private equity firm in the Back Bay, advisory work on behalf of life science development clients, and multiple projects for higher educational institutions, including capital improvements and new construction of several housing, administrative, and academic buildings. He has been with Northstar since 2014 and is a shareholder in the firm.
