Norton of Norton Asset Management represents Telcordia Technologies in 17,802 s/f relocation

Norton Asset Management, Inc. represented Telcordia Technologies, Inc. in their relocation to 17,802 s/f at the Hesser Center of Commerce and Education located at One Sundial Ave. The space is owned by Haverford-Hathaway, LLC and managed by SMC Management Corp. Bill Norton, CRE, of Norton Asset Management represented Telcordia. Pam Halvorsen, CCIM of SMC, represented the landlord. Telcordia is a global communications and data management and services company. Telcordia had previously established a back up computer facility at the Hesser Center. Norton Asset Management is a commercial real estate firm serving institutional corporate and individual clients throughout New England.
