NAI Norwood Group sold 48,652 s/f of industrial space at 51 Growth Rd.
Representing the seller, BFA NH Business Finance Agency, Karl Norwood, Joe Mendola and Todd Norwood sold the manufacturing facility, with inclusive 8,270s/f of furnished office space, to Scotia Technology.
The facility was sold for $2.45 million.
