Northeast Private Client Group facilitates $5.2 million sale of a 33-unit multifamily property

New Haven, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has announced the $5.2 million sale of Embassy Apartments.

Managing director Brad Balletto and vice president, investments Jeff Wright represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

Embassy Apartments is a 33-unit multifamily property located at 102-116 Dwight St. This transaction marks the first time this property has exchanged hands since 1988. The previous owner took care of their legacy asset and through a competitive process, a local owner and operator in the area won the opportunity to add it to their portfolio.
