O’Brien and Gatti of Greater Boston Comm’l Props. broker $2.825m sale

Holliston, MA Bret O’Brien and Ben Gatti, of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc., brokered the sale of 56 Lowland St. The 44,580 s/f warehouse/manufacturing building is located on 4.02 acres of industrial land. Greater Boston Commercial Properties coordinated a marketing campaign in which they created a competitive bidding environment. Within two weeks of listing the property, O’Brien and Gatti had three buyers bidding over asking price, and sold the property at a 7% premium with hard money down on the purchase and sale agreement. The buyer, Tech Trust, LLC, closed on the sale in September at a price of $2.825 million.
