O'Brien and Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. complete 26,202 s/f office lease to Partners Healthcare

Bret O'Brien and Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) represented the landlord in leasing 26,202 s/f at 165-181 Cedar Hill St., to Partners Healthcare. The space shall be used as an office and production area for the company who will combine several facilities that are expanding in the region including a smaller office currently located in a different portion of the same building. The new ten year lease includes a "turnkey" build out provided by the landlord, which shall be completed for occupancy this fall. GBCP is the property's exclusive broker marketing the remaining 14,000 s/f, which is divisible down to 2,500 s/f. Partners Healthcare is the third transaction completed by the brokerage team of O'Brien and Gatti at this location within the last nine months, bringing the facility to nearly 80% occupancy in a flex market where this type of quality space is becoming increasingly scarce.
