O'Brien Commercial arranges acquisition and 24,504 s/f in leases; Including 12,000 s/f lease to PBD Productions in Hopedale

Eric O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented Integrated Device Technologies (IDT) in acquiring their new space at 400 Donald Lynch Blvd. IDT will be relocating their Worcester branch to the new class A building. Paul Leone of Richards Barry Joyce represented the landlord. Bret O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial recently completed three transactions totaling 24,504 s/f of industrial space on central Rte. 495. PBD Productions leased 12,000 s/f at 3B Landing Way in Hopedale, which is located in the Hopedale Airport Industrial Park. Bret O'Brien represented the tenant and was the sole broker of record in this transaction. Bret O'Brien was also the sole broker of record in leasing 4,000 s/f at 188 Cedar Hill St. in Marlborough, representing the landlord and procuring the tenant Custom Formulating, LLC. Custom Formulating, who relocated from Nashua N.H. Bret O'Brien represented the tenant, Northeast Military Vehicle Services, LLC, in leasing 4,000 s/f at 4 Industrial Dr. in Milford. The landlord was represented by Rick Kaplan of Kaplan Commercial Properties. Bret O'Brien also recently leased 4,504 s/f of office space at 225 Cedar Hill St. in Marlborough. Bret O'Brien represented the tenant Aspen International, Inc. The landlord CIL Cedar, LLC was represented by Scott Hughes and Dan Cambria of New Dover Associates.
