O'Brien Commercial Properties arranges 2,500 s/f lease
J.F. White has leased 2,500 s/f of office space at 336 Baker Ave. to manage their construction contract with the MBTA on the commuter rail from Concord and to the west. Baker Ave. Appreciation LLC, property owner was represented by O'Brien Commercial Properties in this transaction. O'Brien also procured the tenant directly.
