O’Brien Commercial Properties brokers $3.092 million
sale of 26-acre site
Bolton, MA Wood Partners has purchased a 26-acre site at 580 Main St. O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the seller, Condyne, and directly procured the buyer. The sale price was $3,091,500.
Their comprehensive permit will enable Wood Partners to build 229 apartments. The South Side (half) of the building at 580 Main St. is going to be demolished to accommodate this project.
The remaining building of approximately 65,000 s/f is substantially leased and for sale through O’Brien Commercial.
