O'Brien Commercial Properties brokers 45,000 s/f lease renewal with Avent, Inc.
O'Brien Investment Management Owner has secured a lease renewal with Arizona based electronics distributor Avent, Inc. at 2-8 Craig Rd. Avnet, previously Bell Technologies, has been operating at this 45,000 s/f free standing building for over 10 years and employs 50-100 people in Mass. O'Brien Commercial Properties was the sole broker of record in this lease transaction.
