O’Brien Commercial Properties brokers $600,000 sale

Lunenburg, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties has arranged the sale of 1 Richard’s Way for $600,000.

The rare 5,000 s/f industrial/garage style building and yard will be the new home of LDR Excavating (buyer). LDR is a construction company in business since 2020 specializing in excavation, hardscape projects and retaining walls.

Lukas Rounds, president of LDR will be relocating the company to the property effective immediately.
