O’Brien Commercial Properties brokers sale of six office condos for $1.625 million

Littleton, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers’ Eric O’Brien and Rob McGarry have sold 531 King St., consisting of six office condos, totaling 6,300 s/f on 1.75 acres of land.

O’Brien represented the seller, Kingswood Corporation while McGarry represented the buyer, Blue Columbine Properties, LLC in this transaction. The property sold for $1.625 million.
