O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. handles 7,778 s/f lease for Simarano LLC
Simarano LLC has finalized a long term lease renewal with Connors Design Group for 7,778 s/f of flex space at 257 Simaranno Dr. With the addition of several new companies, the property is again fully occupied. O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord in this transaction and exclusively represents the 70,000 s/f three building technology campus.
