O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. rep. R&G Realty Trust in $570,000 sale of a 9,000 s/f office building
Real estate investor Brian Li has purchased 37 Knox Trail from R&G Realty Trust. The sale was motivated by the investment opportunity that existed. The 9,000 s/f three story office building located on one acre of industrial zoned land closed for $570,000.
R&G Realty was exclusively represented by O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. who also directly procured the buyer.
