O’Brien Commercial Properties signs VJ Electronix to 20,000 s/f
Chelmsford, MA VJ Electronix Inc. has leased 20,000 s/f of space at 19 Alpha Rd. Landlord, Calare Properties, was represented by James Lipscomb of Transwestern and VJ was represented by Eric O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties. VJ is relocating from 234 Taylor Rd. in Littleton.
