Bret O'Brien and Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently sold 20 Williams Way for $681,000. The property,which is a single story freestanding metal building on an acre of land with 25% office, was sold by A. B. P. Sign company.
The buyer, Professional Machine, used a Section 504 SBA loan through Digital Credit Union.
