O’Brien Commercial Props. leases 58,000 s/f mfg. whse. to Gregstrom Corp.
Bedford, NH Gregstrom Corp. has signed a lease for 58,000 s/f of high-bay manufacturing warehouse space at 10 Iron Horse Dr.
Gregstrom is a plastic contract manufacturing company currently headquartered in Woburn, Mass. They will relocate that plant this summer.
Eric O’Brien, president of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction. The Boulos Co. represented the landlord, Amber Bedford Associates, LLC.
