O'Brien named senior VP of human resources and training at WinnCompanies

According to WinnCompanies, Elissa O'Brien has been named senior VP of human resources and training. O'Brien brings 22 years of human resources experience to Winn. In her new role, O'Brien will be responsible for developing and executing a human resources strategy that will support the overall business plan and strategic direction of WinnCos. Since joining Winn, O'Brien has worked to gain a broader understanding of the company's structure and environment in order to better engage employees at all levels. She will use this knowledge to build upon Winn's established foundation while identifying opportunities to address the company's human resource needs. "We are very excited to welcome such a well-qualified professional to our Boston team and are confident that she will make significant contributions to the company and its operations," said Deirdre Kuring, chief administration officer of WinnCos. "Elissa has a proven track record of building strong human resource strategies that provide proactive support and structure to a company and its employees."
