O'Brien of CB Richard Ellis sells 19,350 s/f strip center for $1.225m
Margaret O'Brien, vice president of CB Richard Ellis, has negotiated the sale of Gonic Plaza, a fully leased multi-tenant retail/office building at 187 Gonic Rd. to Astoria Boulevard Realty Group for $1.225 million.
O'Brien represented the seller and procured the buyer in this transaction.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
