Margaret O'Brien, vice president of CB Richard Ellis, has negotiated the sale of Gonic Plaza, a fully leased multi-tenant retail/office building at 187 Gonic Rd. to Astoria Boulevard Realty Group for $1.225 million. O'Brien represented the seller and procured the buyer in this transaction.
