O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers $1.3 million sale on behalf of the buyer, Firehouse Management, LLC

Bret O'Brien, president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc., completed an investment sale at 91 Main St. O'Brien represented the buyer, Firehouse Management, LLC in the $1.3 million acquisition. 91 Main St. is a historic landmark and the former courthouse, police and fire station. The fully renovated meticulously maintained brick building was 100% leased when it was purchased on May 13 to nine tenants occupying various sized spaces, including anchor tenant Vin Bin on the first floor and Marlboro Cable on the second floor. The transaction was financed by Marlboro Savings Bank and handled by David McCabe, vice president of business development. The seller's broker on the transaction was Tom Davis of Prudential Prime Real Estate.
