Bret O'Brien, president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc., recently completed four office leases totaling 12,344 s/f. The leases included the following:
* 2,662 s/f by Complete Technology Resources at 2 Mount Royal Ave., Marlborough;
* 2,505 s/f by Greenberg Farrow at 153 Cordaville Rd., Southborough;
* 1,177 s/f by Massachusetts School Bus Officials at 87 Elm St., Hopkinton; and
* 6,000 s/f by Bai Brands, LLC at 2 Central St., Framingham.
O'Brien acted as the tenant representative representing all four tenants in each of their respective transactions capitalizing on the current market conditions to obtain competitive rental rates, tenant improvements, and other market concessions.
