O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial represents Concord Associates in 45,055 s/f lease
Eric O'Brien, president O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Concord Associates Foster Street Trust in leasing 45,055 s/f of office and R&D space at 300 Foster St.
The tenant, Medtronic Navigation, Inc. is renewing and expanding its lease for another five years, set to commence on June 1st, 2010. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
