Stamford, CT According to Choyce Peterson, Inc., 2009 Summer St. has been fully leased. The Choyce Peterson agency team, led by vice president Charlene O’Connell, has been the exclusive listing agent since 2020 representing the landlord, The Field Group (TFG), in each transaction for 2009 Summer St.
Following strong leasing activity throughout 2020 and 2021, a solar company, a security firm, and a not-for-profit religious-based group have each signed leases for the remaining office suites.
“We are tremendously happy with the hard work led by our brokerage partner, Charlene, and the amazing job she and her team accomplished under challenging economic circumstances,” said Mat Field, TFG manager.
“Choyce Peterson engaged in direct outreach to companies, promoting the building’s move-in ready space, and did a first-rate job in reacting quickly to inquiries.”
O’Connell said, “Working with Mat Field and his team at 2009 Summer St. has been a great experience. This well-maintained and ideally located downtown building is the perfect environment to support growing businesses. We wish all the recent tenants of 2009 Summer St. the best of luck in their new location.”
TFG has maintained its headquarters at 2009 Summer St. for over 20 years and owns and manages a portfolio of commercial properties in the region.
