O’Hara of Coldwell Banker brokers sale of 5,800 s/f building - $900,000

Milford, CT Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, completed the sale of 330 Woodmont Rd.

O’Hara represented the buyer United Electric Controls in the purchase from seller, Airgas USA.  The 5,800 s/f building on 1.59 acres was purchased for $900,000.

UE Precision Sensors, a manufacturer of aerospace and semiconductors will expand onto the site. UE also manufactures both standard and custom design pressure temperature, differential pressure, RTD, gas and thermocouple switches, in their facilities in Watertown.

Lakeville, CT Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, a real estate firm serving Connecticut and New York City’s northern suburbs, has brokered the sale for $3.5 million of the Wake Robin Inn, a 15,800 s/f historic inn located on 11.52 acres at 106 Sharon Rd.
