Christopher O'Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Inc., completed a sublease representing Panolam Industries International, Inc. with the Atrium Companies, Inc. at 710 Bridgeport Ave. Panolam Industries International, Inc. subleased 80,000 s/f of warehouse space from Atrium Companies, Inc., taking a portion of the complex's 400,000 s/f warehouse. Panolam is consolidating and relocating two warehouses from Maine and New Jersey to Shelton.
