O'Hara of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and Pulie of USI complete $3.025 million sale for Hubbell Inc.

Christopher O'Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Inc. and Tom Pulie of USI represented Hubbell Inc. in the sale of its former World Headquarters Building to The University of New Haven. The university will be renovating the facility into a new graduate campus. The 70,000 s/f class A building rests in a campus setting on 46 acres, has 3,000 feet of frontage on the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Pkwy. (Route 15) with access via Exits 55 or 56. Hubbell and The University of New Haven working together with the Town of Orange, were granted the appropriate variance to allow the planned use. In 2011 Pulie and O'Hara represented Hubbell in the sale of the adjacent 376 acres of land to the Town of Orange for $7.1 million, which the town is converting into hiking trails and recreational areas.
