Chris O'Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Incorporated, completed a lease between DELC Investments and Huntington Power Equipment, Inc. (HPE) at 230 Long Hill Cross Rd. HPE will use the facility for its new corporate headquarters.
HPE is relocating within Shelton and signed a long term lease for 15,000 s/f. HPE is a leading provider of generator systems and emergency power solutions for all residential, industrial and mission critical applications with facilities in New York and New England. Founded in 1976, HPE offered preventive maintenance and emergency service on all major brands of emergency generators. Soon thereafter, HPE began providing turnkey installations of generators to existing clientele. As their customers' needs changed, HPE responded by expanding capabilities through engineering, construction, telecommunications, installation and commissioning.
The 55,000 s/f complex has 28,000 s/f of office/manufacturing space remaining to be leased.
