O’Hara of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT sells 150,000 s/f warehouse for $14.9 million
Milford, CT Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Inc., completed the $14.9 million sale of 75 Cascade Blvd., a 150,000 s/f warehouse/manufacturing facility to 75 Cascade Blvd. LLC.
The facility will be substantially renovated to accommodate a brewery manufacturer, Athletic Brewing Co., who will bring 90 – 100 jobs to the city.
