O’Hara of Coldwell Banker Commercial reps the CT Food Bank in the $1.55m sale

Fairfield, CT  Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, represented the Connecticut Food Bank in the $1.55 million sale of 74 Linwood Ave. to Highland Imports, LLC. 

The Connecticut Food Bank is relocating and expanding into a new facility in Bridgeport. The Connecticut Food Bank provides food to hungry adults and children in six Connecticut counties: Fairfield, Litchfield, Middlesex, New Haven, New London and Windham.

Highland Imports will be relocating from Shelton and using the 15,000 s/f facility for its new headquarters. Highland Importers is a specialty wine distribution company born of the confluence of a number of trends in the industry of beverage alcohol.
