DTZ FHO Partners has continued with the leasing efforts at 100 Apollo Dr. with the signing of Axis Communications in their expansion for 15,625 s/f and Desktone in their new lease for 10,200 s/f. Michael O'Leary senior associate and Michael Dalton, partner of DTZ FHO represented the landlord, RREEF. Marci Alvarado, vice president of Parsons Commercial Group represented Axis.
