O'Neil of Jones Lang LaSalle represents FIP Construction in 14,978 s/f office lease
FIP Construction, Inc. has leased 14,978 s/f at 308 Farmington Ave. The new office will occupy the entire third floor of the 45,000 s/f office building. FIP Construction is relocating from 10 McKee Place in Cheshire. The space will serve as its New England headquarters.
The tenant was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle vice president Sean O'Neil. 308 Farmington Ave, is owned by Pro Park Group, LLC.
