iParty has renewed its lease for 10,713 s/f at Quincy Granite Place near Quincy Center, at the intersection of Granite St. and Burgin Pkwy.
Frank O'Neill, broker for The Grossman Companies, Inc. of Quincy, represented the landlord and tenant in the negotiations.
I Party (formerly The Big Party) was one of the original retailers to lease at Quincy Granite Place when it opened in 1995. The company operates 50 stores serving New England and Fla., offering party supplies, costumes and accessories in its stores and online.
Other long-time tenants include Dress Barn, Boston Market, Olympia Sports, Papa Gino's, and TJ Maxx. Dunkin' Donuts operates a drive-through pad site. The 61,400 s/f shopping plaza services both a high-density residential and daytime office population as it is just minutes from Crown Colony Office Park and several other office complexes.
