The 3,500 s/f Attleboro store is located at the Mayfaire Centre on Washington St. with co-tenants Stop & Shop, Modell's Sporting Goods, Sleepy's and The Avenue. Aspen relocated to the end cap of this recently developed shopping center giving them an improved position in the retail node of this regional trade area.
The 3,718 s/f Nashua store is located at the Webster Square Shopping Center on Daniel Webster Hwy. with co-tenants Starbucks, The Vitamin Shoppe, DSW Show, EMS, Modell's Sporting Goods, Michaels and Bed, Bath and Beyond. According to Jeff Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors, "Aspen Dental is pleased to be a co-tenant at this shopping center location, giving them exceptional visibility from Daniel Webster Hwy."
