O'Neill of The Grossman Cos. represents Rotunda Realty Trust in 3 new leases at 572 Washington St.

Three new tenants have signed leases at 572 Washington St., known as The Rotunda Building. Announcing the multiple deals was Frank O'Neill, broker for The Grossman Companies, Inc., who represented the landlord, Rotunda Realty Trust, and the tenant in the negotiations. The three who signed new leases are: *Christopher Hall, Architect; *Keith Halpern, Esq., noted trial lawyer; and *Natural Gas Partners, manages investments in oil and gas production and oilfield services companies. Hall, who has 20 years of experience in designing high-end residences, says he chose the space because of the quality building, its central location, and uniqueness in the marketplace.
