O,R&L Comm'l.'s Berman, Hird and Gaucher rep Barnes Rd. Realty
O,R&L Commercial has leased 22 Barnes Industrial Rd. South. Carl Berman, Frank Hird, and Bob Gaucher represented the landlord, Barnes Rd. Realty.
The building has been leased to the Dexmet Corp. Dexmet manufactures a variety of expanded metal and plastic products used in aerospace, fuel cells, batteries, electronics, aircraft, medical and other applications.
Doreen DeSarro, economic developer for the Town of Wallingford, was a key link in facilitating the deal. The 64,000 s/f building will undergo renovations by the owner prior to Dexmet occupying the building later this year.
Bob Bochman, president of Dexmet, chose 22 Barnes Industrial after seeing many possibilities.
