O,R&L Commercial completes sale of 25,916 s/f
O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of the 25,916 s/f light industrial/ flex building located at 33 Rossotto Dr.
Tim McMahon of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller Rossotto, Inc. Noah Meyer of Levey, Miller & Maretz represented the buyer First Growth Properties. First Growth Properties plans to reposition the property for multiple tenant use.
