O,R&L Commercial leases 11,200 s/f at Lakeview Center
O,R&L Commercial, LLC has leased 11,200 s/f at Lakeview Center, 249 West Main St. Richard Gold and Phil Marshall represented the landlord, Lakeview Center Associates, in the transaction.
This will be the second location for See Us Grow, who has been operating in Wallingford since 2010, and was awarded the New Haven Advocate's "Best of New Haven" and Meriden Record Journal's Reader's Choice Award in 2011. The new center is planning on opening this month, will be licensed for up to 150 children and will also offer late hours and drop in care.
O,R&L Commercial, with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill represents landlords and tenants in the office, retail, medical, investment and industrial markets.
