Charter Realty & Development leases 2,350 s/f to Verizon

Charter Realty & Development has arranged a 2,350 s/f lease for Verizon located in the Dress Barn Plaza. Dress Barn Plaza is located on Rte. 7 and also contains Dress Barn and Dress Barn Woman. Verizon will be relocating and expanding from a nearby location. Verizon offers global voice and data services in more than 200 destinations around the world. Charter Realty & Development Corporation currently owns or leases over 14 million s/f of shopping centers throughout the northeast.
